Description: The second episode of this monthly news program about the European Recovery Program describes events in four nations. Germany signs the ECA agreement, and ERP exhibitions open in Berlin and Düsseldorf. In Greece, much-needed technical equipment is transported to the destroyed town of Naoussa. American reporters visit the Renault factories near Paris. A swamp is drained; farmer Jovilet receives a tractor, and OEEC plans more agricultural aid programs. In Belgium, ECA educational films are shown and farmers receive assistance. © 2002 Linda R. Christenson
